The Online Store - WooCommerce package is for small businesses that want to sell products online through a professional ecommerce website.

Llamavision builds the store using WordPress and WooCommerce, a flexible ecommerce system that keeps you in control of your website and supports multiple payment options.

The base package starts from $1,000 NZD and includes store setup, checkout, payment gateway configuration, basic shipping setup, up to 10 simple products, and up to 3 basic domain emails.

Product loading beyond the included amount is priced separately depending on the number of products and their complexity. This keeps the package fair for starter shops while allowing larger catalogues, including stores with around 100 products, to be quoted properly.

Product Loading Included

The base package includes loading up to 10 simple products.

A simple product usually means one product name, one price, one main product image, one short product description based on client-supplied product details, basic category assignment, no variations, no complex options, no custom fields, and no bundled products.

Product Loading Tiers

• Starter: up to 10 simple products included in the base setup.
• Small: 11 to 30 simple products.
• Medium: 31 to 60 simple products.
• Large: 61+ products, including around 100 products, by quote.

For larger catalogues, variable products, unstructured product data, multiple images, stock settings, bulk image handling, or product descriptions that need editing, the final price is confirmed before work begins.

Product Data Requirements

For best pricing, clients should supply product information clearly in a spreadsheet or structured document, including product name, price, category, description, image filenames, SKU, stock quantity if used, shipping class if required, and product variations if applicable.

Payment Gateway Setup

WooCommerce can help keep ecommerce platform costs low because the core store software has no monthly platform licence fee. Payment provider fees, optional paid extensions, and added services may still apply.

Payment gateway setup may include supported services such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square. This gives clients flexibility to use supported payment options rather than being locked into a single payment provider.

The client is responsible for having an active payment provider account and completing any identity, bank, tax, or verification requirements required by the provider. Llamavision can assist with connecting the payment provider to WooCommerce, but provider approval and account verification remain the client's responsibility.

Shipping Setup

The base package includes simple shipping rules, such as flat rate shipping, free shipping over a set amount, local pickup, and basic shipping zones. Complex shipping rules, live courier rates, product-specific shipping logic, international shipping, or multi-location fulfilment require extra setup and are quoted separately.

Managed Hosting, Domain, And Email Service

To keep things simple, your website hosting, domain name, SSL, privacy where available, basic domain email, updates, patching, and backups are managed by Llamavision as part of one annual service.

Domain names and hosting are held and renewed through Llamavision's managed account system, so clients do not need to deal with separate hosting panels, registrar accounts, SSL renewals, or technical server settings.

Basic domain email is suitable for simple business email use through webmail or most mail apps. Advanced email services are quoted separately.

Clients generally manage their own WordPress and WooCommerce content, including products, images, prices, stock, orders, and page content. Llamavision manages the technical foundation, including cPanel, server settings, hosting maintenance, updates, backups, SSL, basic email, and domain renewals.

To protect site stability and security, direct server and cPanel access is limited as part of the managed service.

After the first year, the managed service renews annually unless cancelled before renewal. Renewal pricing varies based on services.

Standard domain registration is subject to availability. Premium domains, unusual extensions, larger sites, dynamic features, and custom requirements are quoted separately.
